General Information

Artwork Requirements: Artwork for custom chocolates should be sent as vector art files (all fonts should be converted to outlines). Artwork for custom wrappers or other printed media can be sent as vector art or 300 dpi .tif files. All artwork should be PC-formatted and compatible with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Email to artwork@sweetpromotionals.com. Graphic Design services are available for 100$/Hour.

Custom Printed Lid and Gift Band Requirements: Artwork for custom printed box lids can be sent as vector art (all fonts should be converted to outlines) or 300 dpi .tif files. All artwork should be PC-formatted and compatible with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

Cancellations/Changes: All cancellations and/or chnges must be confirmed in writing. All work up to the point of cancellation will be billed. Changes to orders already in production may result in delayed shipping and additional charges.

Chocolate Options: Catalog pricing reflects your choice of milk or dark chocolate. Flavoring is also available; call for pricing.

International Shipments: International paperwork provided at no charge. All duties, taxes, brokerage fees and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Kosher Certification: All products are manufactured under the supervision of the Orthodox Union.

Less-Than-Minimum: Inquire for less-than-minimum availability and charges.

Overruns/Underruns: Allow for 5% over/under on all items, to be billed accordingly.

Paper Proof: An electronic or paper proof will be provided at no charge; signed or e-mailed approval required to begin production.

Payment Terms: Net 30 days for established accounts. First orders must be accompanied by credit references and 25% deposit or credit card.

Pricing: Prices are effective through August 31, 2009, and are subject to change without notice. All prices in U.S. Dollars.

Production Time: Standard production time for most items is two weeks from art approval. Rush services available upon request. Rush charges apply.

Repeat Orders: No set-up fees and reduced production time for exact reorders.

Samples/Spec Samples/Virtual Samples: Random samples available at no charge. Spec samples available for $100 (V), applied toward full order if approved. Digital virtual samples of custom items available at no charge. E-mail artwork to artwork@sweetpromotionals.com

Set-up Charges: A one-time mold fee of $100 (V) applies to most items. All molds remain property of the factory. Three-Dimensional molds quoted on a per-job basis.

Set-up Charge for Color Lids: Set-up fee for color lids is $50 (V).

Shelf Life: Chocolate has a shelf life of one year or longer if stored at room temperature away from heat, humidity, direct sunlight and strong odors.

Split Shipments: Multiple items shipping to multiple destinations will be subject to a per-location handling fee of $3 for full-case quantities and $5 for partial cases, in addition to regular freight charges.

3rd Party Shipments: Shipping materials and packing labor, normally a part of regular shipping charges, will be charged at 3% of invoice value on 3rd party shipments. Since chargebacks from the carrier for residential delivery, incorrect addresses or other miscellaneous fees are billed to us ("the shipper") rather than the 3rd party, such charges will be documented and billed back to the customer.

Warm-weather Shipments: During the summer months and to all warm climates, chocolate is shipped with ice gel packs at no additional charge. Upgraded shipping method may be required, based on destination. Refrigerated trucking is available for larger shipments.
